Pupil Premium, Sports Premium & Catch Up Premium

The Pupil Premium Grant is additional funding given to schools in England to help disadvantaged pupils and close the gap between them and their peers. The Pupil Premium Report can be found below:

PE and Sport Premium

 

PE and sport matter a lot to us at Northfield Primary School, they make an important contribution to health and wellbeing.

 

We believe that an innovative, varied PE curriculum and opportunities for sport outside of school hours have a positive influence on the concentration, attitude and academic achievement of all of our children.

 

The DfE awards each primary school in England an annual amount of £16,000 plus an extra £10 per eligible pupil to help fund PE and sport. You can learn more about this funding here and by clicking on the following reports to find out what we have been doing with it at Northfield:
